Williamsburg County Divorce Records
Eligible applicants may obtain Williamsburg County divorce records from the record custodian, the South Carolina Department of Public Health. The agency offers qualified parties certified copies of the Report of Divorce (July 1962 to December 2023).

Williamsburg Birth Records
Eligible persons may obtain Williamsburg County birth certificates from the South Carolina Vital Records Office. The agency has been the record custodian for births in the state since 1915.
To obtain the record, eligible parties must complete a birth certificate application and provide a valid ID, fee, and any other proof of authorization needed. They must send the application packet to the Vital Records Office at the foregoing address.
The Vital Records Office charges $17.00 (search fee and a copy) for an in-person birth certificate request and $3.00 for each extra copy ordered simultaneously.
Williamsburg Death Records
Qualified individuals may access Williamsburg County death certificates from the South Carolina Department of Public Health.
